Brazilian men carry news photographer Luis Antonio da Costa, 36, after an unidentified gunman shot him as he covered events at a squatter camp, in Sao Bernardo do Campo near Sao Paulo, July 23, 2003. Costa was on a freelance assignment for the respected weekly news magazine Epoca when the fatal shot was fired. He was talking to a group of people at the entrance of a camp, set up by Brazil's Roofless Movement (Sem-Teto), on land belonging to German automaker Volkswagen.
